Privacy policy

For a coordinator with an account we keep: the name, the verified mobile number, the email and username if added, the password hashed (we cannot read it), the chosen theme, and the last sign-in time. We use them only for their sign-in and account, and share them with no one.

Verification codes are sent and checked by the NHMSV Messaging Gateway over WhatsApp or email; we never store them.

Players never need an account.

We do not keep visitors’ IP addresses. Only failed sign-ins to the admin panel are logged with their address, to stop guessing.

What we keep in your browser

All of it is the platform’s own, with no third parties, no advertising and no cross-site tracking.

• jb_v The verification-code screen during sign-up or reset (necessary) 15 minutes
• jb_lang Your chosen language (necessary) One year
• jb_a Platform admins’ sign-in to the admin panel (necessary) 10 hours at most
• jb_theme Your chosen look, light or dark (on your device only, never sent to us) Until you clear it from your browser
